Bonjour everyone! Emma here :) So we completed our 2nd day today and it has been great! We are in a great hotel... (actually, it's RIGHT by the building that was just hit in Austin...) It's nice minus that sad presence lingering near by... Enjoyed some room service and the heated pool tonight with a fellow guide, Mr. Matt Smith and his girlfriend that will be tagging along on the Fat Tire adventure, Hill - very excited about our new friends, the whole staff seems to be great.
We have just been racking our brains full of all the tour information, watching videos on the Eiffel Tower and the Impressionists, going over company rules/guidelines, giving presentations, etc! Cheers to 3 more days in Austin and then week #2 of training will begin literally the second we arrive in Paris. Eek! I have a feeling we are going to be exhausted over the next few weeks!
